- This heavy duty 2" (50mm) plum bob is a simple, cost-effective and highly accurate way to ensure you get a perfectly vertical line - it does the same job as a spirit level but over larger distances than spirit levels can and is used for wallpapering, boxing in pipes, bricklaying and much more
- Simply hang the plumb from the topmost point to mark out a straight vertical line known as a 'plumb line' - ideal for wallpapering to ensure a dead straight line from drop to drop across the wall
- Also ideal as a builders line or bricklayers line to ensure that walls and particularly edges remain true as you build up, as well as checking that boxes for pipes, soil stacks, etc are not built at an angle
- Made from heavy duty rust-resistant steel - much superior to cheap, lightweight plastic products that move about with any air movement and are impossible to use outside
- Machine ground tapered end that points to the exact spot on the ground vertically down from where you're hanging the line, enabling you to clearly mark the target point
