We do our utmost to ensure that all of our customers have a great shopping experience with PPE Work Solutions, however on occasion you may need to return an item.
You may cancel your order anytime within thirty working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. When we receive your returned item we will refund the price of the goods in full including any postage costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Items must be in an unused condition. We recommend that you use a tracked method of delivery for your return.
If you are returning goods that were defective or faulty, we will examine the returned goods and if they are found to be faulty we will pay your postage costs incurred for returning to us.
How to make a return
1. If the item is defective / faulty please get in touch with us at email@example.com, so we can assist you further.
2. If you are returning for a change of size / colour or you no longer want the item, there is no need to contact us.
3. Package the item up and return in original packaging where possible.
4. Please include the delivery note that came with your item. Write a note on it with your requirements e.g. Refund or Replacement of size / colour.

6. Leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order or send out a replacement based on your requirements.
