No, delivery is free on UK all orders, simply select 2nd class at checkout and we will deliver in 2 - 4 working days. For a small charge of £1.99 you can upgrade to 1st class, and we will deliver in 1 - 3 working days. We use Royal Mail delivery service. See our full delivery policy.

Yes we are VAT registered, our VAT number is : GB 106 9223 30. Yes we send a VAT invoice by email for every order. All prices on our website are VAT Included.

We accept all major credit / debit cards and PayPal on our website. We can also take payments over the phone, our number is 01246 268 649.

Order duration will depend on the delivery service specified when the order is placed. Standard orders will take between 2 and 4 working days. 1st class orders will be delivered between 1 and 3 working days from when the order is placed. If you need it even quicker please call us to check availability.

In the unlikely event that your item as not arrived after 4 working days, please contact us either by phone or email and we shall find out where your parcel is and when you can expect delivery. We send the vast majority of items via Royal Mail. If they have attempted delivery whilst you we're out, they will leave a card through your door. If you contact them with the details on the card, you can arrange to collect from your local sorting office or arrange a re-delivery. Please rest assured that any items that do go missing in the postal service we will replace them.
